  5. that the Vendor(s) has/have not infringed or defaulted inthe observance of any bye-laws or regulations relating to the operation ormaintenance of the said Property, or the conditions of the issue documents oftitle to the said Property, which may result in the Purchaser(s) not being ableto have full and quiet enjoyment of the said Property or be liable for anypenalty or fine;
