中西医结合基础学科是我校国家级重点学科,其研究主要目标是要用现代科学理论阐明中医学“经验性理论体系”中蕴藏的科学内涵,使国外医学界可以理解和接受中医药理论,促进中医药走向世界医药市场.我校中西医结合创新引智基地以我校国家级重点学科中西医结合基础学科为基础,以我校教育部重点实验室为平台,引进、汇聚了10余名海外学术大师、学术骨干,配备了一批国内优秀的科研骨干,形成了项目、基地、人才三位一体紧密结合的格局.学校高度重视引智基地的建设工作,成立了由相关职能部门组成的管理办公室,出台了相关的政策对基地的发展予以支持和帮助.自2007年启动以来,引智基地先后接待了数十位海外学者来基地考察工作,他们对基地的实验室建设、人才培养、科学研究等方面提出了宝贵的意见和建议,同时也接纳了我校多位年轻教师、研究生赴海外大学进行培训和合作研究.中西医结合创新引智基地已经成为我校孵育重大国际科技合作项目、培养高层次创新人才的示范基地.
