根据前半句的were to have time可知这是对将来的虚拟（后面的tomorrow evening也暗示如此）.所以后面一般得用would do或者should do
2.C
根据前半句的would have happened,可知这是对过去的虚拟,所以后半句要用if Bob had walked farther.但是无此选项,所以可以选择C.将if去掉,则要将if后的主谓倒装

1.A 对于将来的虚拟，从句用1.were to 2.V-ed 3.should，对于主句，用would/could/should do.
2.C 对于过去的虚拟，从句用had done,主句用would/could/should have done
在if省略的情况下是要将助动词或者BE动词提前，是一定要放在句首的.
