Hi Charles,
Thank you for your close attention to my request.You might want to even consider the lightest wood available in the market,very light!and China has abundance of those.Please emboss laser the name,letters,etc.,and hot stamp the champagne color on the embossed letters.NO OVAL BORDER,as I have mentioned in my previous email.We should have some fine texture on the surface of the wood though,to give it a flare.The wood is going to be painted in brown of course and the embossed part hot stamped in champagne.I think this is the best approach.I am willing to pay $0.50 for the wood painted with the hot stamp.The resin is going to be very heavy and as much as we try to make it clean the letters and all,it is not going to come out as clean and light as the laser cut on a fine wood.Let us focus on the wood please and make a sample for me ASAP if my target price for the logo is attainable.
Thank you for your patience and support.If this works then we can implement this same logo concept on the smaller boxes too,of course if the price for the logo for the smaller boxes is feasible.
