今天我在某网站看到这样一段话:
"如果今年刑法修改,增加一项妨害婚姻家庭罪,凡是在婚姻期间有婚外不正当男女关系的当事人,一律以妨害婚姻家庭罪论处,判处六个月以上三年以下有期徒刑,对此,你会怎么看?"
我认为这么说的话,不就是通奸罪了么?通奸罪不能恢复的.这个妨害婚姻家庭罪本来就有啊?意思是那种当父母的强行干涉儿女婚姻的等现象.真要这么规定岂不是和通奸罪一样了吗?
但很多年了,总有人要求恢复或者增加有关通奸方面的罪,一直都行不通,难道大家就那么希望恢复通奸罪吗?这样下去恐怕监狱会被挤爆的
