-------时代变了,像她这样一个经历了两种社会,大起大落,酸甜苦辣,极度变化的演员,一旦当她走出本来生活的小圈子,走出舞台,走进社会的深水里,激流中,以她异常敏感的眼睛,富有感情的心灵去观察生活,体会生活时,她发现那些纷至沓来的新鲜事物,根本来不及用电影去表现.于是,从1958年开始,她的演员生活“淡出”,作家生活“淡入”.

………Times had changed; as an actress who had experienced the different modes of two societies,she had drastically gone through a roller-coaster career that brought about extreme transformations and tasted the full flavor of her bittersweet life.Once she stepped out of the limelight and her small life circle,and immersed herself into the abyssal zone and riptides of society,she found that when she observed and experienced life with her keenly sensitive eyes and sentimental heart,she was deluged with novels things that practically could not be duly manifested by movies.So,from the beginning of 1958,she gradually faded out from her acting life and gradually immersed into the life of a writer.

Times have changed. She has gone through two social institutions with lots of extreme changes such as big rise and fall as well as joys and sorrows of life. Therefore, once she stepped out of the small community and the stage where she used to be, while deep into the torrents of society, she would observe and experience the life carefully with her eyes and heart full of sensitive emotions, thus found that there was not enough time at al for the film to represent those fresh things as thick as hail. As a result, she has withdrawn herself from acting whereas faded into writing novels since 1958.

Time kept changing on her, as she went from one society to another; and her emotions hovered between high and low, sweet and bitter.
At first, she the movie actor was high up, isolated in her high society of movie-making.
Later, as she stepped into the general society, she was like Alice in Wonderland, mesmerized by all the common yet new things.
Her sensitive and empathetic heart was totally captivated.
Movies were way too limited to depict the levels and currents of the greater society, she thought.
