但是,给你另一种思考方法：
其实你要掌握的,是一个重要的句式：
It is + 形容词 for sb.to do sth.
比如,It is good for me to eat apples.吃苹果对我有益.
而sb.也可为sth.那就是It is good for my health to eat apples.吃苹果对我健康有益.
随着你学习的深入,还会学到it is +名词 for sb.to do sth.
比如,It is time for her to go home.到了她该回家的时间了.
注意,这个句式中,for sb.和 to do sth.都是可以省略的.
省略to do sth.时,句子的意思就成了泛指.
比如,it is good to eat apples.吃苹果是有益的.
而省略for sb.时,就必须在前面再加一个句子.
比如,I eat apples.It is good for me (或for my health）——这里的it 代表“eat apples”
也可为：I eat apples.They are good for me.——这里的they 代表“apples”
也就是说,这句句子,用it 和 they都可以,侧重点不同.
当然,如楼下说的,如果是不可数或单数,就不能用they了.
