随着现代科学技术的进步和生产系统的不断发展,电机在生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用。电机故障不仅会损坏电机本身,而且会影响整个系统的正常工作,甚至危及人身安全,造成巨大的经济损失。通过对常见故障的诊断和分析,可以及早发现故障和预防故障的进一步恶化,减少突发事故造成的停产损失,并为实现状态检修创造条件。
针对异步电机的工作原理,系统阐述了异步电机故障诊断系统的研究现状和发展方向,并对基于振动信号的电机故障诊断研究进行了初步分析,分析了电机常见的异常振动的主要类型。
本文主要研究了小波变换理论和小波包分析理论,从原理上分析了小波基的选择。本文利用小波包变换对异步电机进行故障诊断。本文采用基于小波包的振动诊断法对电机滚动轴承故障进行诊断。对于存在已知轴承故障的电机,在故障状态下采集到振动信号,利用峭度值计算和小波包分析相结合的方法,选用db3和db10作为小波基,进行小波包分析,对包含有故障特征频率信息的信号进行重构,获得轴承故障特征频率,根据故障特征频率的数值和能量,确定出轴承故障的类型。
