Everyone has bad habbits.It’s difficult for a person to break his bad habbits unless he make up his mind.I had a bad habbit when I was a primary school student..I used to stay up late at night because I wanted to do more things.I thought if I go to sleep,I will idle away my time.What’s more,some of my classmates also stayed up late at that time,so I didn’t realize that I was wrong.
However,things got so bad when I was at Grade 8.I stayed up so late that I couldn't get enough rest at night.And early in the morning,I had to get up with sleeply body.In that case,I couldn’t think quickly and memorize things easily.I felt tired day after day.Then I realized I need longer rest during the night.So I tried to sleep earlier,but I couldn’t fall asleep.It’s not easy to overcome the bad habbit!But fortunately,afret some time,I got used to sleeping earlier.Now I go to bed early and stay in good health.I think this is a successful example of breaking bad habbits.In a word,we should realize our bad habbits and try our best to overcome them,and good habits are the keys to success.
