在商业保险尤其是健康保险越来越受到大家重视的今天,商业健康保险公司可以利用自身优势在医疗保障领域发挥社会保险无法发挥的作用.但是,健康保险的经营中存在着诸多风险,我国保险业面临着良好的机遇的同时,也不可避免地承担着健康保险欺诈所带来的巨大挑战.本文主要阐释商业健康保险的定义、表现形式及危害,并且分析出现健康保险欺诈的原因,在借鉴美国商业健康保险反欺诈经验的基础上,对我国商业健康保险欺诈的防范提出建议.
