Why don't you send CD box together with CD?Besides,it is only roughly packed in a regular envelope which caused heavy wear on CD.It is now becoming a waste CD-disc.Moreover,you asked me for $8.00 postage for international registered mail,but the postage showed on the envelope was only $2.59 which is the cheapest.
I really hope you can fix those problems for me.

哈哈，你要投诉。1。你收到的是挂号信吗？如果不是挂号信，你就干脆说没有收到，要他补寄或退款。如果是挂号信，你应该说CD受损，不能使用，要求补发。如果没有东西对他有所约束，你可能就认倒霉吧。还好CD还能用，你再复制一份吧。如果是通过EBAY之类买的，如果对方不合作，就应该给差评。当然你可以向EBAY投诉他了。
这种不负责任的人哪都有哦，也可能是个傻小子，不懂邮寄。建议你修改你的投诉原文。...
