What’s the reason that people lack of confidence?onthe one hand,many people are afraid of the failure they make before.they thinkthemselves will fail again and do not want to try again.therefore,theirconfidence can not be built.on the other hand,environment also can influencepeople’s confidence.if the friend around you none of them have dreams.then,youare may be learn from your friends and also have not your own dreams.it alsoaffect your confidence’s build.
Building confidence is a possible thing.if you do difficultthings again and againuntil finish all of them.in this process,your confidenceis build unconscious.

the things what you do will be finished more smoothly这句话有点冗长,不如：we would do things more successfully and the problems would be solved quickly.
What’s the reason that people lack of confidence改为：why people would lack confidence?
第四行make要改为made. 后面那个句子这样写： They think they will fail again.
f the friend around you none of them have dreams.then,youare may be learn from your friends and also have not your own dreams.it alsoaffect your confidence’s build.这段话你的表意有问题啊,你是想说周围的朋友没有梦想导致你也盲目自我了吧?这样改：If you have a group of friends who have no life goal to seek for, you may follow their steps becoming a numb person who has no aim to fight for as well. That definitely affects building up your confidence.
最后一段不要写again and again,改为：over and over again. 最后一句这样改： In this process, your confidence would be built up unconsciously.
