I used to be unconfident while facing difficulties and coming acorss problems.Even standing in front of beautiful girls,I might be feel nervous and unconfident.That's really a big psychological challenge in my life.But I know we are all human and have flaws.Even if our physical appearance,unique personality,or social skills aren't what we wish we were,that doesn't have to stop us from being confident.We are beautiful inside and out so we should love ourself unconditionally.So I find some ways to help me overcome the unconfidence.
I first try to find my passion.Whether it's baton twirling,martial arts,musicianship,or basket weaving,I will feel confident pursuing that endeavor by recognizing what I enjoy doing the most.More importantly,I'll be enjoying your progress.
Sedond,I tell myself non to think about myself too much.Try not to focus negatively on how I come across or how others may perceive me.
Third,taking care of myself.Eat a healthy diet.Don't abuse my body,don't overload it,and don't deny it any of the things it needs.At the same time,don't obsess.
Lst but most important,to act confident,even if I don't truly feel it.After a while,it will come naturally,and I will feel confident inmyself!Also,learn to not care what others think of me.If I let what people say to me bring me down,I will never be happy.Only care about how I feel about myself,and don't always take what people say at face value,because they may be jealous of meu and are intending to put me down.
Life is quite different to each of us with different attitudes.Being confident,and we'll find life more easy and with hope.

Change of my life.
Some people don't like change,so do I.But it is 21CN now,there are lots of things have been changed from last century.So I want to make some changes.I am looking for my teacher's help,she tell me that "very often a change of self is needed more than a change of scene."I got it.First of all,I make a plan for myself to do more physical training.Monday,5:00pm,runing,Feb,5:00pm,...........( 自己动手加，学英语最重要动手动口）。。。。。。。

Though the new world brings us a convenient life.It also brings more problems.For example,population,resources ,environment and so on. We know that the world's population is growing faster and faster. It's more than 6 billion now.It's a very big number.We can say the number of world's population is like the number of the stars in the universe.and if it goes on like that,I can't image what will happen. As the second problem,the world is short of resources now.In daily life,we need water,rock oil,coal and other things.Day after day,the resources disappear fast.and they won't appear.because most of them are not renewable resources. The third problem is environment.everyone talks about it.The weather is hotter and hotter .That means we pollute the environment seriously.Our cars make the air dirty.Old batteries make the soil poisonous.Waste water makes clean water dirty.So we don't have fresh air,fecund soil and pure water.oh,no.stop polluting！ Now we human beings should face the new challenge .We must think more about our mother earth.Remember:we don't have another earth!
