我是英语专业的，准备考07年翻译专业研究生。个人感觉，牛津高阶的英英解释似乎更贴切些。我想从两本词典中挑一本出来重点背其中一些习语英英释义，短语及做例句的翻译，现在开始会不会太晚了？（明年大概是二月初考试）

如果只是一般用用，其实是一样的
你可以到外文书店，选几个单词分别查阅一下。
感觉那个好就用哪个吧~~~
PS：我一直用牛津~~

两本各有各的好处咯。．个人是两本都用，因为俺是英语专业的．呵呵

朗文的纯英语字典比较好，我在加拿大上学，大家用得都是朗文的。而且我有在新加坡读语言的同学老师也都推荐用朗文的。在国内牛津高阶普遍反映不错。

牛津高阶英汉双解词典第六版好吧
我们老师推荐的

都很好
牛津的含中文，所以看起来更容易些，解释也到位
朗文么，原版，有时会累，不过里面的文化等的资料是牛津欠缺的，所以在翻译的时候郎文是个好帮手
我的建议是：如果你是个大学生（非英文专业）随便都行
假如是英文专业的，两本都买
假如是中学生么。。。。。。如果英语学得好可以买牛津，如果一般，买了也浪费...
