1.对过去情况的虚拟,用过去完成时
2.对现在情况的虚拟,用一般过去时
例句：

2.He works with such enthusiasm as if he never knew fatigue.
他工作热情这么高,好像从不知道疲倦似的.
不可以，因为原句是表达太阳一直在运动，所以要用进行时。
