改革开放以后,许多国企、外企、私企如雨后春笋一样迅速发展起来,这导致了一些方面的人才供不应求,也导致了一些企业员工频繁跳槽.因此怎样培育人,使得人成为一种资本,使得人力资本能够很好的发挥作用,积极采取有效措施应对人才大量流失的严峻形势.这些问题的解决才能够使企业摆脱尴尬的局面,在没有硝烟的人才争夺战中取得最后的胜利.
本文从人才流失现状的分析入手,通过对人才流失的原因分析,着重对薪酬福利、工作环境和发展空间的分析介绍,说明了如何留住企业员工和吸引人才,如何预防人才流失及其应采取的预防措施做了介绍.
