动词不定时的完成体形式 to have done 表示 “已经”或“以前”怎么样了,相对于谓语动词的时态而言,也就是说那件事情发生在谓语动词所表示的事件发生以前.假如谓语动词时过去时,那么这个 to have done 的事件就应该是过去的过去了.例如:
He was thought to have past the test.大家认为他已经通过了考试.(“大家认为”是在过去,那么“他已经通过了考试”当然是在过去的过去 --- 在“大家认为”的过去,先有“他通过了考试”,而后才有“大家认为”.)
