摘 要:本论文通过不同浓度土霉素(对照、土+鸡粪(无土霉素)、土+鸡粪(土霉素)6.4g/kg、土+鸡粪(土霉素)12.8g/kg、土+鸡粪(土霉素)25.6g/kg)对玉米株高、根长、株鲜重、根鲜重、株干重、根干重、籽粒重、叶绿素、光合强度、蒸腾速率进行了测定.结果表明:可以看出在加入土霉素后对玉米株高、根长、株鲜重、根鲜重、株干重、根干重、籽粒重、叶绿素这八项指标在低浓度时有一定的抑制作用.但是随着浓度的增加反而有促进作用,最后当达到高浓度时促进作用不再增强呈现出平和曲线;低浓度土霉素对光合强度和蒸腾速率有促进作用,但随着浓度的增高土霉素对光合强度和蒸腾速率又有了明显的抑制作用而在高浓度时又出现了促进作用;在25.6g/kg时土霉素对株鲜重和株干重的敏感性较强,依然拥有促进作用;在浓度为6.4g/kg时,土霉素对株高和根长和叶绿素有明显的抑制作用甚至小于对照组;经方差分析得,在所测的玉米的这十项指标中达到极显著的水平有株鲜重、根鲜重、株干重、根干重、籽粒重这五项指标;达到显著水平的有株高、根长、叶绿素、光合强度和蒸腾速率.

Abstract:In this paper,different concentrations of oxytetracycline (control,soil + manure (oxytetracycline),soil + manure (oxytetracycline) 6.4g/kg soil + manure (oxytetracycline) 12.8g / kg soil + manure (oxytetracycline) 25.6g/kg) on maize plant height,root length,plant fresh weight,root fresh weight,plant dry weight,root dry weight,seed weight,chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate were determined.The results showed that:It can be seen to join oxytetracycline corn plant height,root length,plant fresh weight,root fresh weight,plant dry weight,root dry weight,seed weight,eight indicators of the chlorophyll at low concentrations inhibition.However,with increasing concentrations,but promote the role is no longer enhanced showing a calm and curve,and finally reached a high; low concentrations of oxytetracycline on the photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate,but with the increasing concentration of the soil mold factor on photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate has a significant inhibitory effect in high concentration Shiyou a catalytic role; oxytetracycline in 25.6g/kg plant fresh weight and strains of dry weight sensitivity strong,still have role; oxytetracycline on plant height and root length and chlorophyll concentration of 6.4g/kg significantly inhibited even less than the control group;,by analysis of variance,the 10 indicators of corn measured reach very significant levels of plant fresh weight,root fresh weight,plant dry weight,root dry weight,seed weight of these five indicators; reach a significant level,there is plant height,root length,chlorophyll,photosynthetic
