本设计的主要设计内容为药品装盒机的上料装置设计、药板装盒装置设计.完成的主要工作有：
1.综述了药品装盒机的发展历程,发展现状及发展战略.
2.确定了总体方案、包装工艺,物料的运动方式采用垂直与水平相结合的方
式,从而缩短了机器的尺寸.
3.设计了纸盒上料机构,利用负压吸盘对纸盒进行分离、输送,吸盘由凸轮
机构驱动,上下移动.
4.设计了药板上料机构,通过槽轮机构驱动齿形带对药板进行定量输送.
5.设计了装盒机构,将药板、说明书装入纸盒内,同时完成纸盒的折叠封合.
本设计充分考虑了机械动力学分析,使机械运行平稳.设计过程参考了各类包装机械设计的长处,同时借鉴了其它机械的优点完成了药品装盒机的设计.本机器包装能力为50～120盒/分.
本机总体上具有较高的性价比,具有很强的竞争力和很好的发展前景.

5.Cartoning designed institutions,will be drug boards into carton specification and at the same time the completion of the folding carton sealing.
Give full consideration to the design of dynamic mechanical analysis,to enable a smooth running machine.Design process with reference to various types of packaging machinery design strengths,while drawing on the merits of other mechanical cartoning machine completed the design of drugs.Packaging capacity of this machine is 50 120 boxes / min.
