1、该病是常染色体的隐性基因控制的.他们都有患病的姊妹,但是父母都不患病.所以他们的父母都是Ss的基因型.
2、他们的基因型都有可能是Ss或者SS.
3、孩子要患病必须是ss,所以必须从男方和女方各获得一个s,那么因为男方和女方基因型不明确,他们提供s的可能性都为1/4,所以孩子患病几率为1/4x1/4=1/16
