个人觉得第一个空加个a好点吧,director of the Chinese Earthquake Research Center这不是一句完整的话,只是用来修饰Chen jianmin 起说明作用的成份,这个结构也就是一个同位语结构,如果说不加a的话,那么这里的director就是一个官衔或者职位,这种情况就不加a.
