A partner company has an allocation of 400,000 MT of Sugar at Dubai Warehouse.
Price is U$S 418/MT – Ex Works Warehouse -,with U$S1/MT of commission included.
Today Sugar is quoted at Dubai about U$S 460/MT.
AGREEMENT PROCEDURES
1.Draft Contract is signed and sealed electronically by both parties.
2.Buyer’s Bank issued MT 760 (PreAdvise) to Seller’s Bank.
3.Seller’s Bank issues POP documents to Buyer’s Bank.Such documents will be a Sugar Warehouse Invoice and Sugar Ownership Certificate.
4.Buyer’s Bank issued MT 103 to Seller’s Bank.
5.Within 5-international banking days of the receipt,verification and authentication of Buyer’s payment instrument for the value of US$ 167,200,000 (One Hundred Sixty Seven Million and Two Hundred Thousand) United States Dollars.
6.At DUBAI warehouse available the total Agreement quantity of 400,000 MT product within five (05) to Ten (15) days from the date of receipt,verification and authentication of Buyer’s Irrevocable Un-Conditional Prime Bank payment instrument for total funds of US$ 167,200,000 (One Hundred Sixty Seven Million and Two Hundred Thousand) United States Dollars,at Seller’s bank.
Of course it is possible to get fractions of 100,000 MT but at U$S 445/MT,with U$S 2/MT of commission included.
