be + adj（late） + with sth (the supper).
这题跟late没多大联系.
关于late的常见搭配有：
of late=lately 最近,进来
2.考查“现在完成进行”have been doing
表示从过去某时开始一直延续到说话时还在进行,或可能还要继续下去的动作.
这句话要表达“北京奥运会工程不断有新的项目加入进来”
3.考查虚拟语气.
我们常见的：当表建议,命令,要求,劝告,推荐的动词,如advise,demand,suggest,require,insist等,后that从句用"主语+动词原形",表示虚拟.
同样,当遇到他们的形容词时也一样.
所以,看到了advisable,后面表示“被任命”就用be assigned.
4.vacant主要侧重“没被占用的”
empty主要侧重“空间上空白”
这句话是说“有一个闲置的公寓”.用empty的话就是说那个公寓里什么家具都没有.有点不合逻辑,所以用vacant更好.
5.你确定答案没错?
主系表的句型结构,is后面不可能是help.
