A: not exactly.
B: well, when you find someone with similar interests than you (or pretend to) and that you two have many similarities and seem to match, you have this feelings that you two might be right for each other.
A: yeah, but when you actually meet, the person might not be who he/she appeared to be online.
B: exactly, that's the "no" part, because more often than no that the person online is different from what he/she is like in real life. if you meet you online love in real life, you might be disappointed. so it might not work.
A: so are you saying that people should not believe in or depend on online love?
B: what i mean is that it should depend on the individual, it's all up to you what you want to believe. online friends are certainly fine to make, but you have to consider more if you want to go into more complicated relationship.
