不用have problems,只有人作主语的时候才用到这个词
这句话假如要用problems,应该是：

而requires repairs 这里repairs是指修理工作,是可以用复数形式的.

b应该是requires repairing。这里是主动表被动。

上面两位都没理解LZ的意思，LZ是想问为什么选B，不选A。
我没猜错的话 这是翻译二级的一个阅读理解吧，好像见到过，我记得当时我也很困惑，感觉2个都对，后来怎么处理的 我忘了抱歉

A是一般过去时，正确。B是一般现在时，错误。
