1.Why We Learn English?
As we know,English is the most useful tool for communication in the world,it's also the official language of almost every country.When we are abroad,we can communicate with the people there only in English.Mastering English means knowing the world language.Nowadays,English is being spoken widely all over the world.If we don't undertand English,we'll not be able to communite with the people of other countries and cooperate with them.Therefore,we should make an effort to learn it well.
But how can we learn it well?We should do the following.First of all,keep practising it everyday.Second,we should try to do more reading that can improve our English.We can keep a pen and a note book in hand wherever we go,taking notes at anytime if necessary.Last but not least,we can watch some English TV programs,like Engish movies,which can give us a help.
2.Problems of Single-child Generation
Since our country has a family-plan policy,many families,epecially ones in cities,have a single child.We call them single-child generation.This single-child generation has a good condition both in work and life.Let's see the fact.Loving and caring for children is a tradition in CHina,parents think a lot more about their children than themselves.They give their children whatever they want.It's a common thing in China when a new term is coming,children go on the way to schools,followed by their parents who carry luggage.And it's quite often that parents wash clothes for their children,some middle students included.All these give rise to a series of problems.
First of all,the single-child generation is usually not independent,both in work and economy.They rely on others,such as their parents,friends and even teachers.Second,the single-child generation can be of less ability.Since their parents do almost everything for them,they have on chance to practise.They can not the job well when they grow up.Third,they single-child generation doesn't like to communicate with people face to face.They enjoy talking through the Internet.So when they have to go out to meet people,they'll feel confused.
It seems that something has to be done to deal with the problems.
3.Every one want to be success,but that’s not everyone can get this done.The problem is that what the way to success is,how to face success and how to face failure.
In my opinion,as Chinese people,we must have enough confidence and always believe that things can be done perfectly.It is also very important that be unperturbed to face big challenges and difficulties which come from our life.
To be success,the unique Chinese culture is of the biggest advantages.We inherit characters from our tradition,such as humbleness,toleration,chariness,honesty and etc.These remarkable qualities would be definitely helpful to be accepted by all fellow officials from all parts of the world.What we should concentrate in is the probabilities of divergences from the differences among countries.We ought to be based on respecting others’ cultures while doing business.
On the other hand,we got an extroversive personality.Therefore,we are not very good at showing ourselves to the outside.As a result,to show us out positively will play a necessary role during each trade.The last but not least,we should learn from our successful experiences and failures,to improve our own ability to face to the world.

Personally,I deem that there are there irreproachable points deciding wheather a person could success or not.
Firstly,the ambition.It is extremely essential since it gives us the motivation to strive and the enjoy feeling even during hard working.
Next comes another significent character people should have---being positive.We all know that the road towarding success is not flat,and sometimes the misery on it is hardly to bear.But if we want to success,we should belittle the problem and never give up.
Lastly,we should always be ready to seize the opportunities that live gives us for it may only stay a while and never appear anymore.
All in all,it is certainly not easy to achieve one'goal,but the character I mention above could of significent help.

In my opinion, there are lots of opportunities in our life. But only those who are prepared can make good use of them to make themselves succeed
Opportunities are fair to everyone, but why are there exist people who are successful and unsuccessful? The reason is that successful people work hard and make adequate preparation before opportunities come, on the contrary, unsuccessful people make no efforts, what they do is to complain why opportunities haven’t come yet. We can’t just wait opportunities and do nothing, if we woke hard, opportunities will appear by themselves . Besides, we should be aware of opportunities when they arise, and seize the chance to make good use of them. I think only by this can we reach our goals.
Opportunities are not always there waiting for us, what we can do is to woke hard and prepar perfectly, and make sure that we can take good advantage of them when opportunities come. I do believe that success is for those who prepared.
