My dream (1)
I have a dream that I am always young. Then I will have enough energy to do everything whenever I want. Moreover, I don't have to worry about the old age during which I even can't take care of myself. I know that my dream will not come true. However, I think it is lucky that I am young now. So I will treasure my time, enjoy my life and try my best to do everything well.

Beautiful Sky
The star in the sky were twinkling. Some were crowded, and others were separate.then I found the stars were not the same coloer. There were many colors, white, gray, light blue, orange, and so on.It was really beautiful. At that time, the sky was like blue damask decorated by millions of bright diamonds.
Looking up the sky,I saw the moon.It was like a naughty child.Sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds. It seemsed to play"hide and seek"with us.The stars around the moon, however, were as girls, hiding themselves in the clouds.
Oh,what a beautiful sky!

My Dream 英语作文
When I was a naughty boy, may be because of the influence of the film."Xiao Bing Zhang Ga",my dream was to be a soldier just like Zhang Ga. I thought if I was a soldier, I should be able to swim, dive and climb trees as he did. It seemed to be very wonderful. So I began to learn swimming, diving and climbing trees. I practiced every day and finally I could do them well. But when I entered junior high school and had the military training. I suddenly found that being a soldier was very difficult and I wasn’t strong enough to bear it . I had to give my dream up.
But I wasn’t discouraged, and I had new aim, which was to be a postman, or rather to be a newspaper boy. As a newspaper boy. I could speed along streets on a bike and throw newspapers onto every porch. That’s also very cool. So I started learning to ride a bicycle. After the everyday practice, I could go very fast by bicycle. But to my disappointment, the job which I wanted only existed in western counties not in China, because there was no porch in China. And Chinese postmen had to stuff very thick newspapers into very small mailboxes from very narrow entrances. The job was far from what I had expected. So once again my dream fell through.
Perhaps you have had the same experience as I and most of your dreams haven’t come true yet. But I think it doesn’t matter, because if you have a dream, you’ll make many efforts to realize it. This course is really important. If I hadn’t dreamt of being a soldier or a newspaper boy. I wouldn’t have learned to swim, to dive, to climb trees or to ride a bicycle. Even if our dream can’t come true, you’ll learn much from the efforts you have made. So what I want to tell us is that dream helps us to grow up and teaches us how to control our lives . It is dream that gives us power and makes our lives colorful
Part-time job
It's been a month that the summer vacation went by. We have a long holiday, which is longer than the others. Most of us were plan to find a part-time job in order to kill the boring time while we got the news. So it was the same with me, of coz. I've been itching to take the part-time job when I was in the junior high school, more for getting some value experiences than for money.
Because lots of my friends have works experiences and have a more independent life. They are willing to share their interesting work experiences with me. In the work life, they met many difficulties; they would try to do something on their own. Different kinds of setbacks made them more strong and go easy on everything afterward. I felt somehow ashamed of myself ,I like to be independent, but it is difficult for me. I live under my parents' wings, then hide mine. My parents arrange everything for me,let me denpend on them for food and clothing.I know I can't go on like this. If I couldn't get rid of the protect from them ,I can't be independent.Their love will cut my wings. For this reason,I took the part-time job together with my friends. Our work was demanding, and if our speed was slowly ,we couldn't make much money.Sometimeswe felt disappointed, and made much complaints, even had the thoughts of coming back. But we kept on it.In the work life,we had something fun, something that made us felt sad.I almost forgot. There was a warm-hearted old man,he was a factory security. He took good care of us.And that made us felt happy in the other city.We were very gratefull to him. What a nice old man!Unfortunately,
I got a bad headache and a high temperature when I was planning to go back. That was because the roasting weather and the hard work. Thanks to my friends ,they looked after me ,as if my mother was around.Because of that ,I deeply felt the important of friendship . I just wanted to say, thank you!
When I took the first salary of my life,I knew it's very difficult to make money. All in all,my first work life was over,I learned lots of things. That's meaningful.
端午节英语作文 第二篇
Duanwu Festival (端午节, Duānwū Jié) is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Double Fifth.[citation(引用;引证) needed] It has since been celebrated, in various ways, in other parts of East Asia as well. In the West, it's commonly known as Dragon Boat Festival.
The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear, but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan (c. 340 BC-278 BC) of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. The local people, knowing him to be a good man, decided to throw food into the river to feed the fish so they would not eat Qu's body. They also sat on long, narrow paddle boats called dragon boats, and tried to scare the fish away by the thundering sound of drums aboard the boat and the fierce looking carved dragon head on the boat's prow(船头).
In the early years of the Chinese Republic, Duan Wu was also celebrated as "Poets' Day," due to Qu Yuan's status as China's first poet of personal renown(名声名望).
Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon boats in memory of Qu's dramatic death.
