Entrusted by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), Tianjin Construction Engineering Ration Management Station (CERMS) took the responsibility to compose the 2013 national shift ration standards of construction machinery. On January 16th, the CERMS held a meeting for that in Tianjin. In that meeting, there are the representatives of MOHURD Standard Ration Research Institution and China Engineering Cost Association, as well as of cost departments from 22 provinces all over the country.
In the meeting, Tianjin CERMS reported about the proposal of 2013 national standard rate, mainly including whole idea, composing principle, composing assumption, working contents and key element selection, and composing shedule design.
