My favourite star is Hu Ge.He is a TV star and a singer.I'd like to watch his Legend of Sword and Fairy3 and listen his song ‘forget the time’.The reason I like him is mainly because he is really handsome,he also has a sense of humor and a great acting wonderful acting.Besides,he made unremitting efforts to improve oneself when he had an car accident.Althought he was hurt badly in this accident,he didn't give up his show business,after he got better he was even work harder than before,and he really reach the aim perfectly.So I adore him very much.

When it comes to heath,everybody has his own way to keep health,people keep health through doing exercise,others stay health by keeping balance diet,however,people who know it well but couldn't put it into effect, there are more diseases today than before,so it is essential for us to notice the importance of stay health
First and foremost,we should have a timetable everyday,it helps us form a good habit to keep health,we should get up early and go to sleep early,so that we can have energy everyday, don't stay up as possible as you can.Next,we can try to do some exercise and some sports to keep health,for instance,basketball and valleyball and swimming and many other sports,it is really good for our body and maybe some overweight person can lose weight by doing sports.Last but not least,we mustn't eat too much everyday,almost everyone wants to have a good shape,but there are more and more overweight people in our daily life,they like eat French fries over watching TV shaws but rarely do sports.
All roads lead to Rome and there are many methods to stay health.If we want to have a strong body and good shape,we should give up our bad habits,the most effect way to keep health is doing sports,and we should have a good mood everyday at the same time so that reduce the possibility of suffering disease and have a beautiful and colorful life.
