1.交房前将阳台、主卧、次卧等各居室玻璃窗框和缝隙上的油漆清除掉.
The paint on the glass window frames and gaps of the balcony,main bedroom,second bedroom and so forth should be cleaned before the house is handed over.
2.入住前将地板打蜡时遗漏的零星部位重新打磨好.
The scattered places of the floor which were skipped over when wax polishing was applied should be polished again before the house is opened for occupancy,
