Why should we take oral English into account?
With the development of the economy,people are getting more and more chance to communicate with the foreigner.Since our educating system is not perfect,more students just pay attention to written English.They can write the English and learn the English grammar well,but they can not talk with the foreigner smoothly and express their idea clearly.In order to boost our economy,we need to do business with foreigner.Then,you need not only write English but also speak English.If you master both well,you will have the chance to defeat your rival.In a word,oral English is important as written English.
