"No, sir, but you said yesterday that everything you told me went in one ear and out the other , so I am trying to stop it."
“孩子，你为什么用棉花塞住耳朵？它感染了吗？”

本次英语节，学校本着“推进素质教育，深化新课程改革，创设良好的英语学习氛围，丰富校园生活，建设学习型校园，推动我校师生学习英语的热情，扩大师生英语知识面，提高英语综合应用能力”为目的，活动收到预期效果。
本次英语节分：1、英语基本功——书写大赛；2、英语卡片、名片设计大赛；3、英语小报秀；4、单词记忆大赛；5、英语对话朗读大赛；6、英语“我学我秀”大比拼等活动。为期19天的英语节，日前已降下帷幕。在英语节里，活动始终围绕着Happy English，happy life！（快乐英语，快乐生活）这一主题，每天早晨、中午都能听到校园广播播送的英语歌曲或歌谣；常常看到英语小使者用英语向师生问好，他（她）们的言行，带动了全体师生在英语节中用英语相互打招呼。一时间，英语成了校园时尚语言，使许多老教师、不识英语的老师也时常念上几句：“Good morning！”“Thank you！”……
我校将一如既往地开展好每学期一次的英语节活动，重视英语教学，把英语环境的营造推向一个新的高潮！
