摘要：中日两国一直是有着很深渊源的两个国家,从古至今一直有着千丝万缕的关系.日本是世界第二经济大国,并且中日经贸总量在世界排行第四.中日合作影响非常巨大,2010年是中日两国经济关系的机遇之年,不仅会影响到亚洲,甚至会影响到全世界的经济发展均衡.本文分别对中日贸易的必要性、现状、政策建议等方面来进行浅析.伴随着当今世界经济的迅猛发展,技术日益成为经济增长的决定性因素,许多国家都已经把技术引进作为提高本国科技水平,加快经济发展,加强综合国力的重要手段.目前,引进国外先进技术已成为我国对外开放的重要内容.应用技术引进,我国的技术水平提高了,完善工业结构,推动了我国的经济增长,其成就是非常显著的.但就目前我国技术引进的现状而言,存在的问题仍然比较多,如何搞好技术引进是我国面临的重大课题.本文通过对中日技术引进的比较,探寻我国在此领域的前景与机遇.

Abstract:Japan and China had always been two countries with very deep roots. Since ancient times, the two nations had kept myriad relationship with each other.Japan is the second biggest economic power,and the total trade between Japan and China ranks the 4th in the world. The cooperation between them have a huge impact. 2010 is the year when there will be a great chance for the development of sino-Japan economic relationship, which would influnece the whole Asia as well as the economic balance of the whole world. This paper discusses the issues of the neccesity, present situation, suggestions of sino-Japan trade and so on. As the rapid development of the globle economy, techonology becomes the decisive factor for economic development day by day.Many countries have regarded the introduction of techonoogy as an important means to improve national techonology level, promote the development of economy and strengthen the comprehensive national force. At present, introducing advanced techonology from abroad has been an important part of the policy of opening up. Applying the techonology introducing, our national techonology level has been improved. Refining the industrial structure, our national economic growth has been profoundly promoted. However, in the aspects of the present situation of techonology introducing in our country, there are still many problems exist. Thus,to better techonology introducing is becoming a big issue for us.
This paper aims at seeking for the prospect and chances in this field for our country by making a comparison between differences of techonology introducing in Japan and China.
