在适应经济一体化的过程中,各国间的法律互相影响与制约,正是国与国之间的这种法律互动,使得原有的法律冲突不再清晰,不同意识形态下的法律规范日益趋同.要想正确认识经济一体化对法律冲突的作用,必须首先全面把握法律冲突的含义与产生原因.笔者认为各国间的法律冲突实质上是一种法律选择,而其产生的根本原因是各国间法律制度互不相同.面对经济一体化的机遇与挑战,法律冲突的适用也必须相应地做出调整甚至在某些条件下做出让步.经济一体化导致各国的法律与世界接轨,最后相互一致.纵观当代的成文法,大部分表明其在制定的过程中无不考虑了对他国的适用问题.
对我国法律冲突适用的意见主要有：(一) 坚持不同法律间价值和效力平等(二) 考虑不同区域的法律心理和社会价值(三)以促进各国经济优势的发挥和共同繁荣为目的（四）法律冲突适用过程中尊重他国的法律价值
