我刚考过,是分这两个部分,呵呵.
1.Issue就是我们俗称的大作文,一般是针对一个有争议的话题进行论证.可以选择同意作者的观点也可以不同意,还可以骑墙（就是先同意一部分再反驳或补充,一般新东方的老师都这么教呵呵）,这个作文一般是要写400-600字的.
2.Agument 就是小作文,是让你找逻辑错误.就是给你一段话,然后你找这段话有什么问题.比如错误的因果关系,时间前后错误啊什么的.一般写400字就可以.
3.这两个没有关系的
4.最好买北美范文看一看,再下载全国和地方高频看看,这两个很有参考价值,因为题库的题有近500道,不可能全看完或准备完的.然后到寄托家园下一个模考软件,是完全模拟考场的,很好用的.
5.Issue举例：Issue212：If a goal is worthy,then any means to attain it is justifiable.只要值得不择手段达到目的就是合理的.
