If people want to go to the other countries,they will not need to take the plane.They will be only need me---a tour guide.We will not have to go to the different places on foot or by bus.We will wear a very special shirt.And then,we will fly in the sky.They will follow me to arrive in some places which they want to go.They will obey me.If not,they will lose their way.At the same time,we will breath the fresh air.We will have lots of fun in the sky.
To be a famous tour guide ,I will work hard now.I will learn many foreign languages because the visitors come from different countyies of the world.
I really hope my dream can come true!

They will obey me. obey 一般是用于遵守条例等等,可改为They must follow me.

They will be only need me---a tour guide. 去掉be
We will not have to go to the different places 。同样，去掉the
楼主写得不错的挖，语法上没多大硬伤，软的像哪里加the,哪里用will，这要大家一起琢磨了。加油。

They will be only need me里面的be 去掉。To be a famous tour guide ,I will work hard from now.这里后面的一个now就表明是现在，所以和前面的将来时冲突，所以应该用from now或者干脆去掉now 。

可以这样写

最后有点问题 I will word hard now, now 和will不搭配，你可以说I must word hard from now on,and learn、、、不用will好一点
