随着钢铁行业等重工业的发展,炼焦行业也迅速发展,焦炭产量逐步增长,焦炉大型化、焦炉煤气净化和环境保护方面都取得了令人注目的成绩.焦炭广泛用于高炉炼铁、冲天炉熔铁、铁合金冶炼和有色金属冶炼等生产,作为还原剂、能源,也用于电石生产、气化和合成化学等领域作为原料.焦炭在高炉中起着供热、还原剂、骨架及供碳作用.本设计主要完成了焦炉设计的说明书、焦炉设计的计算书、英文文献、英文翻译及焦炉设计图纸几大部分.其中焦炉的设计是设计主体,说明书部分论述了年产焦炭为80万吨的焦炉的炉体设计特点、筑炉材料、相关的煤气系统及焦炉机械的选择,并对环境保护和安全措施做了相应的论述.焦炉主要由炉顶区、炭化室、燃烧室、斜道、蓄热室组成,蓄热室以下为基础和烟道.计算书部分计算了生产能力、炉墙极限负荷、炉内各点压力和浮力以及烟囱高度.图纸部分是由焦炉纵剖图、炭化室剖视图、燃烧室剖视图和斜道大样图四张大图组成.
