本文研究了EPS成型机测控电路的设计.主要是通过AT89C51单片机设计一个能够选择手动控制和自动控制的EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯)发泡机控制电路,完成电机控制、送料控制、温度控制、送风控制、压力控制和显示控制.这些都是通过软件编程汇编语言实现.仿真部分,将AT89C51单片机的P0.0口到P0.4口作为按键接口电路使用.P1.0口到P1.6口作为输出接口电路使用.P2.0口到P2.2口是作为传感器接口电路使用.P3.0口到P3.2口接显示电路用来显示工步和时间.经实验调试,机器启动,选择自动、手动的不同控制后,在数码管上会有相应的工步数显示和每一工步执行需要的时间显示,在相应工步执行时也有相应的现象.达到了实验需要的预期效果.
将来经过改造可以用在注塑机自动控制方面.

P3.2 P3.0 mouth to mouth then display circuit displays the working steps and time. The experimental testing, the machine starts, select Auto, Manual, after the different control in the digital work on the appropriate steps will be displayed and each step requires time workers shows that workers in the corresponding step when there is a corresponding phenomenon. Experiments needed to achieve the desired effect.
