本文研究了EPS成型机测控电路的设计.主要是通过AT89C51单片机设计一个能够选择手动控制和自动控制的EPS（可发性聚苯乙烯）发泡机控制电路,完成电机控制、送料控制、温度控制、送风控制、压力控制和显示控制.这些都是通过软件编程汇编语言实现.仿真部分,将AT89C51单片机的P0.0口到P0.4口作为按键接口电路使用.P1.0口到P1.6口作为输出接口电路使用.P2.0口到P2.2口是作为传感器接口电路使用.P3.0口到P3.2口接显示电路用来显示工步和时间.经实验调试,机器启动,选择自动、手动的不同控制后,在数码管上会有相应的工步数显示和每一工步执行需要的时间显示,在相应工步执行时也有相应的现象.达到了实验需要的预期效果.
将来经过改造可以用在注塑机自动控制方面.
