社区建设是我国经济社会发展到一定阶段、一定水平的产物,是城市现代化建设的基础和重点,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础,它离不开广泛的社区参与.随着我国市场经济的迅速发展,我国的城市社区也不断走向成熟和完善,而城市社区居民参与的研究也已经成为研究的一个热点和重点.社区居民在社区建设和发展中扮演的角色是主人翁,所以说社区建设的社会基础是居民参与.在社区建设中社区居民应该主动发挥他们的主观能动性,使他们能够真正的参与到社区建设和发展中来.我国目前对社区居民参与的有关研究尚处于初级阶段,仍然需要各位专家学者的努力,继续从理论上不断加以分析和完善,争取能在科学的理论指导下,从本质上提高社区建设中的的居民参与水平.本文以石家庄市桥西区部分社区的居民为研究对象,运用调查和访谈的研究方法,通过自身的学习与实践,针对目前石家庄市桥西区社区建设的公民参与现状、存在的问题、具体原因等做了初步探析,并提出了加强社区居民参与的一些建议和实施的具体措施,希望通过这些改革措施可以在一定程度上提高城市社区居民参与水平.
