本文以雾化造粒后等离子致密化的 ZrO2-8wt.%Y2O3(8YSZ)陶瓷粉末,以Ni22 Cr10Al1Y的团聚粉末为金属粘结层,通过大气等离子喷涂制备单个的氧化锆层片和不同厚度的涂层,研究了基体温度对单个层片微观形貌的影响,运用背散射电子衍射(EBSD)技术和X射线衍射(XRD)技术研究等离子喷涂8YSZ层片中的晶体学织构及其影响因素;探究涂层形成过程中的晶体学织构演化规律,结合凝固理论解释涂层形成的微观机理.
用扫描电镜(SEM)和背散射电子衍射(EBSD)对采集的单个氧化锆层片进行微观形貌分析和晶体学取向分析,结果表明,熔滴沉积在光滑基底上的8YSZ层片呈指状形貌和圆盘状形貌.熔滴铺展受基底因素影响,随着基底预热温度的升高,熔滴在基底上的润湿性增大,形成层片的铺展度增大,飞溅越少.基底在室温时,层片形貌呈指状;基底温度在300℃时,层片呈圆盘状形貌.
晶体学取向方面,基底温度为室温时,层片中(001)方向与样品ND方向大致平行,(010)方向与样品TD方向大致平行.由中心到边缘,在样品ND方向,(001)方向晶粒逐渐减少;在样品RD、TD方向,无明显取向规律.在基底温度为300℃时,层片中(010)方向与样品ND方向大致平行.沿径向方向看,从里至外,在样品ND方向,(010)方向晶粒逐渐减少.
