海尔29日公布的2008年年报显示,公司在2008年实现逆势增长,净利润增长近两成,但同日披露的今年一季报则不容乐观,一季度净利润同比下降39％.
2008年,青岛海尔实现主营业务收入304亿元,同比增长3.19%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为7.68亿元,增长19.35%；基本每股收益0.574元.2008年度的利润分配预案为,每10股派1.5元（含税）.
同日披露的一季报则显示,公司当期实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.04亿元,同比下降39.89％；基本每股收益0.078元.扣除非经常性损益后全面摊薄净资产收益率为1.39％,同比减少1.1个百分点.
从产品经营看,2008年公司冰箱业务在延续2007年发展势头基础上实现了13.89%的收入增长,保持了在行业的领先地位；而空调业务由于面临激烈竞争,市场占有率有所下滑,营业收入同比下降7.15%.
从地区分布来看,国内市场仍然是公司收入的主要来源地.全年国内市场实现营业收入252.8亿元,占营业总收入的83.13%.
2008年,公司实现了冰箱/冷柜业务的稳健增长,冰箱/冷柜业务合计实现营业收入155亿元,较2007年增长13.18%；冰箱产品毛利率为27.51%,较2007年提高8.06个百分点.
