Abstract
With economic development, corporate expansion, and headcount growth, the amount of employee information has significantly increased. As a result, simple reliance on manual processing of employee information not only appears short of capacity, but also increases the chance of mistakes. "Vf Database Management System", the latest visualized database management system platform introduced by Microsoft, uses computer to replace manpower to carry out a series of operations, so that enables the office workers to effortlessly and efficiently complete employee information management tasks. Through demand analysis, [we] understand companies’ need of a database capable of all kinds of information input and output functions. Therefore our design includes 3 major system functional modules: a reminder setup module, an information management module, and a system administration module. Functions ranging from individual users' logons, inquiries, and partial personal information revisions, to company administers' inquiries, revisions and deletion of all information as well as system function maintenance, not only satisfy various needs of enterprises and employees but also make enterprises' information management process standardized, automatized, and systematized.
