很明显me用错了，但改成mine后却发现是两个句子，英语在处理句子并列时一般采用以下两种方法：
改法一：This pen is mine, and yours is over there.（连接词）
改法二：This pen is mine; yours is over there.（分号）

yours在这里相当于your pen，所以be动词后面应该用名词性物主代词，将me改为mine

把me改成mine

应该改为This pen is mine,yours is over there.
mine的意思就是my pen.这句话是在说钢笔，而不是在说你我。后面的yours即表示your pen

把me 改成mine. 然后把“，”改成句号，yours的s大写就对了。
也就是:This pen is mine. Yours is over there.
不过应该是你误把句号抄成逗号了吧，呵呵~~
