这道题百度上给出的答案是A flexible,灵活的,柔韧的,可是我觉得不对,其它的几个选项,和to搭配的有responsible（负责的）和accessible（可到达的,可获得的）,capable一般和of搭配,可是我觉得也不合适,这句话到底想表达什么?
字面上的意思大致是说，他被特别邀请写一个...本地社区的剧本。

应该是flexible吧，搭配上排除B，意义上排除C和D，理解为能适应新情况的，整句的意思就是：他特别被要求创作一个能够适应当地社会情况的剧本。
