本文首先介绍了LED的结构、发光原理和LED的结温及其产生的原因,然后重点从实验的角度探讨大功率蓝光LED的结温与光谱特性的关系,采用正向电压法及热阻法对三种功率型蓝光LED进行实际的测量,并对所测量的数据进行了分析、讨论,计算出了三种型号蓝光LED的热阻;同时实验结果表明,环境温度的升高及驱动电流的增大,将导致LED结温的升高;结温升高将使蓝光LED的主波长发生红移,主波长对应的光强会出现不同程度的衰减.
