Sports help everyone to keep healthy,happy,and efficient.So I pay special attention to games,especially table-tennis.Table tennis is my favorite game.I play it almost every day.
Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action.It strengthens our muscles,expands our lungs,promotes the circulation of the blood,and causes a healthy action of the skin.Besides,it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football.It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days.Thus,it is my favorite kind of exercise.
运动能帮助每一个人保持健康、快乐和有效率.所以我特别重视运动,特别是桌球,桌球是我最喜欢的运动.我几乎每天玩.

I still remembered that fans of both side supported their teams .The game was China team against USA team and ended with 2-2 。I supposed I can be a player of China team long ago when I was young . I loved to play soccer from my childhood with 6 year old then I joined my shcool team as a forward for 5 years.
Soccer was still my favored sport up to now and I play on it for 2 hours a day with my classmates and friends .I'll never stop to play , play !

My favourite sport is basketball. when you play basketball, you do not feel any pressure on your self, when you jump and shoot, you release your energy through this certain way ,and express yourself in the basketball court is amazing to me. Howver, when i just began my basketball career, i screwed so badly because i am too damn short. But amazing thing happened, as time passed by, i am getting taller and taller because i kept playing basketball for years. anyway, basketball is a kind of sport that makes you feel good about yourself even though you do not play that well, it only takes time for player to be fully understanding the meanig of this game. everone can play, and everyone can win.

As a student, I like to engage myself in different kinds of sports. Playing sports is a good way of relaxation and can build my body.
I like playing basketball best not only because it is a popular sport all around the world but also it gives you a lot of fun and makes you understand the importance of teamwork. You may say it is simple because anyone can play basketball. But it does not mean anyone can play well. Take me for example, I couldn’t locate where the hoop was and missed it whenever I shot at first. I also seldom passed the ball to my teammates so the whole team couldn’t function well. Realizing this, I practiced hard and changed my way of playing. Now I get the hang of it and I enjoy it very much.
I gain a lot from playing basketball. I recommend all of you to have a try. You will find it is interesting and can find a balance between study and play.
