我感觉是补语。但说不出来原因，就感觉是，请轻拍。
换成主动语态就清楚了：The judge sentenced him ten days in jail.
ten days in jail的主语是him，而不是the judge 因而是补语。
补语。to ten days是对sentence的具体补充、说明。
主语he,谓语was sentence to （被判处。。。刑罚），ten days 做介词宾语， in jail地点状语
