Plz read carefully b4 ordering. This item is not at hand.i got my brother who studied in uk helping me with this sale. I will accept 1 order only n will continue with next order after the 1st item recieve by the buyer .since my brother doesnt agree on paying with his money, therefore ill order if the buyer pays full amount. the procedure is as below
1.Bank in money to my bank acc or if u prefer COD to give cash also can.
2.tell my brother to look for new O2 cocoon for a lower price. amongst his uni frens(coz many got free upgrade phone but prefer their old phone) or wat ever.thats his part. Or if u prefer buying directly from O2 dealer for 299 pounds/ RM2093.i dun mind which one.
3.He will post by using Registered pos with tracking number if not mistaken.picture of the item will be taken as proof n email to the buyer
4.After the item arrive, i strongly recomend buyer to cod directly with me as i dont want to bear aby responsibility if the item get lost or damage during postage.
5. FYI, normal dilivery 7~14 days, EMS 3~5 days(maybe). ull get the phone less than 4 weeks of ordering
how ever, there are a few condition u have to agree with if u decide to buy through me.
1.i will only start ordering if the cash is clear.
2.For the price above, it is included with registered pos with tracking number. Buyer also can decide which type of posting he/she prefer courier eg. EMS, DLH , etc but have to pay extra for the service . the price will be quote by my brother.
3.i will not lebel the package by my self. u have to tell me what to lebel eg. gift,handphone,books, toys or what ever n u urself have to set the price of the package(for the use of tax)
4. If by any chance u got unlucky n the item tahan by kastam, u have to pay the amount that was issue by the kastam in order to get the item. of course i will help u get the item n u have to pay me later la biggrin.gif .i will pay a bit to reduce buyers burden rolleyes.gif
5. I will not be responsible if the item got lost or faulty during postage from UK to m'sia as i will ask my brother to wrap n handle it carefully.
6. once the item arrive, i strongly recomend the buyer to COD with me directly at cyberjaya(no car.lost my car during accident.lol) even it they stay as far as pineng or jb. coz i dunt want to bear any lost or faulty during the postage.
7. If should ever my brother cancel the order ( he's always kind bz), FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

现在我手边暂时没有这个货（译者注：你要买手机?）.我一个在英国学习的兄弟帮我搞到了这个销售.我每次只会接一个订单,当前一个买家拿到货我才会接下一个.因为我兄弟不想用他的钱开玩笑,所以只要买家付所有钱,我就会下订单.过程如下：
1.把钱直接转进我的银行账户或者你更喜欢货到付现金也可以.
2.（译者注：这里没有主语,大概是讲他自己吧.）（我）会让我兄弟在他大学朋友间继续找更便宜的O2 cocoon（因为他的很多朋友得到免费的升级过的手机但他们更喜欢旧的手机）,无论如何,你也可以直接从O2的经销商那里花299英镑/（译者注：不好意思RM2093不懂.）我无所谓你选哪一种.
3.如果没有出错,他（译者注：笔者的兄弟吧.）会用有一个提单号（或者是邮件号）的挂号邮件来把手机寄出来.手机会被照下来作为证明并会被email给买家.
4.货到达买家后,我强烈建议买家和我面对面货到付款.我不想在货在邮寄过程中被遗失或损坏后忍受要赎罪般的责任.
5.仅供参考,普通邮寄7-14天,特快专递3-5天（也许）,在你订单后4周内你将收到你的手机.
无论如何,这里有些条件,如果你想通过我买手机,你必须要同意：
1.当价格谈定我才会接受订单
2.上面的价格已包括在有提单号的挂号邮件中.买家必须决定需要哪种邮寄方式,比如特快,邮寄到家等等,但买家要付额外的费用.这些费用我兄弟会标注的.
3.我不会自己在包裹上面贴标签,你需要告诉我贴什么样的标签,比如礼物,手机,书,玩具等等,而且你自己需要自己定这个包裹的价格（缴税需要）
4.如果不幸中的不幸,包裹被海关扣押（= =|||马来西亚海关?）,你要自己付钱把包裹从海关那里拿出来.当然我会帮你,然后你再付钱我.我会花点钱来减轻买家负担.
5.从英国到马来西亚（译者注：哇!真的是哎!）的邮寄过程中若包裹丢失或损坏,我不负任何责任.因为我会让我兄弟非常小心的包装并处理它.
6.当包裹到达,我强烈建议买家直接在Cyberjaya和我货到付款（没车,在一次车祸中我把车丢了.哈哈）即使它们（译者注：大概指包裹.）在Pineng或者Jb（译者注：马来西亚地名?）因为我不愿忍受在邮寄过程中的遗失或损坏.
7.如果因为一些原因我兄弟取消了订单（他经常很忙）,我们将会全额退款.
