曾经向他提出过投诉,他嘴上同意,但行动依旧.本人正准备找房子搬家,等我遇到好的邻居再作介绍.

My neighbour is not a very friendly man.Judging from his appearance,he looks really nice and polite.However this is far from the truth.He has a habit of listening to music at midnight,and he turns the music up really loud.What's more,he likes washing clothes at midnight till early in the morning.And god,his dog is exactly just like him,very unfriendly.I feel shivers down my spine whenever i see the dog.
I did try to talk to my neighbour about this before,he said he would do something ,but he never did really try to improve the situation.I have been thinking of relocating,and when I get to live near a nice/good neighbour,I will tell you about it.
其实我不太确定最后一句“等我遇到好的邻居再作介绍”具体是什么意思,所以也不知道我这样翻译是不是贴切.请指教.

He late at night listens to music frequently, arrives at music is very loud. Midnight does laundry ~~ to wash before dawn ~ frequently also to have his dog to be also same as the master, very ominous ~ each time sees him the dog to be frightened.
Had proposed the suit to him, on his mouth agreed that but moves as before. Myself am preparing to look for the house to move, wait for me to meet the good neighbor to make the introduction again.
