Chinese gymnastics men's team captain Chen Yibing is one of my favorite athletes,like him just because he is a world champion,is the pride of the Chinese people,but also because Chen Yibing talked about team spirit to pass positive energy.

中国体操男团队长陈一冰是我最喜欢的运动员之一,喜欢他不仅仅是因为他是世界冠军,是我们中国人的骄傲,更因为陈一冰讲的团队协作精神传递正能量.
从08年北京奥运会我就记住了这个吊环王,很有点个性的小伙子.在今年的伦敦奥运会上,我一直关注体操的比赛,因为比赛和研修冲突,没有时间看电视,就利用研修的边隙,看看网上的新闻评论.在预赛中因为郭伟阳临时上场,导致出现了很多重大失误,排名跌到有史以来最差,也让大家对他们的决赛不抱希望.
但是大逆转就是这样不可思议的发生,当我在网上看到中国男团最终以零失误成功卫冕的标题,真是非常激动.这次通过开学第一课我知道他们成功的原因,因为陈一冰在给同学们上课的时候说,预赛失误后,团队成员在一起总结原因,互相鼓励,没有一个人埋怨,队员之间传递的是一种正能量,而别的国家在失败后,队员之间却互相埋怨,传递的是负能量,一正一负,产生的效果可想而知.
传递正能量.陈一冰说的多好啊!现在我们所提倡的鼓励,是人都爱听好话,听了好话之后干劲更足,谁愿意听批评啊!即使错了,也有原因,也希望得到理解,而不是讽刺、挖苦、抱怨,负面的批评有的能产生激励作用,但大多只能让人越听越丧气,逆境出人才,但顺境更易出人才!
我们要点燃梦想传,传递正能量!
